SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the peak season and COVID-19 pandemic(coronavirus disease), a lot of flights are canceled. Delivery will be delayed. Please order at least 2-3 months before your event.
If you need rush delivery, please email us the date you need the dress.
If you have more questions. Please contact us before you place the order.
Once your items are shipped we cannot cancel your orders.
Once that the order is placed we cannot cancel the order.
We also cannot change the shipping time or shipping method once that customer has placed the order.
1. Express Shipping.
DHL,TNT, UPS, USPS, FedEx etc.
Express shipping worldwide from China. If you can not find your country in the list when checking out, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to the below countries.
Afghanistan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Côte d’Ivoire, Eritrea, Honduras, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Niger, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen.
2. Delivery Time.
For couture ball gowns. We have a few sizes 2-8 in stock, if you need rush delivery, please email us the style number and event date, we will check the inventory.
For heavily beaded items or highly embellished designs, the season, holidays, as well as major changes to one of our designs can sometimes potentially add to these estimated production times. So we would suggest you order at least one month before your event.
We are not free Shipping for Wedding Dresses for Express Shipping. Please note that.
