1. When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
A. 3 months in advance of your wedding date because wedding dresses typically take 15-30 days to finish production. And then ship to you.
2. Are all of your pictures real?
Yes. Our dresses are all 100% originally real designed, high-end products, exquisite in detail. Dresses are the same as photos. What you see is truly what you get. There may be some color difference due to the lights and computer.
3. Do you do custom-made and plus size?
Yes, we custom-made sizes for all dresses. Please contact our online service, they will guide you to take measurements. And we charge USD 50 for plus size.
4. What is the Return Policy?
We have a no return or exchange policy. The reason is that wedding & evening dresses are made and costumed to order, and when will take photo or video to you. This is standard in the bridal industry.
5. Can you add my own logo?
Yes, we can. We are happy to receive your logos or labels and add them to your dresses for free.
